To help fill the investment research gap, bridging investment investigation and personal time, I have developed the Fair Value Worksheet, my value overview for individual public companies.

I call the worksheet the Fair Value Worksheet because it contains initial valuations which are intended to be increased or decreased by an Accredited Investor, after they have completed their own due diligence in accordance with their individual risk tolerance or investing philosophy.

Each worksheet provides financial information about a company that is taken directly from that company’s most recent SEC 10-K filing. In addition, each worksheet contains common financial metrics, as well as proprietary financial metrics unique to Wax Ink.

In addition to the financial statement data and financial metrics, each worksheet contains a Fair Value Estimate, which is simply a range of what I believes is a fair value for the stock of the company at the present time, based on the listed financial information.

There are numerous industries listed, each with a variety of companies. Just select the industry you would like to see and the individual company worksheets will be displayed.
